FIRST SESSION: MCW RAGE TV EPISODE # 24

A manager begins to rebuild his power base as another stable continues to grow in the latest episode of MCW Rage TV.
MCW Commissioner: “WISE GUY” JIMMY CICERO. Executive Producer MCW & Rage TV: PETE McDEVITT. Ring announcer: JOHN GERMANE, esq. MCW Rage TV host and interviewer: MARK BRAY. Ringside coordinator: The immortal GILLBERG. Taping the proceedings: PAUL McCLEMENS. Timekeeper at the bell: JEFF AMDUR (Hey, that’s me!). MCW Webmaster: AARON SAIA. Referees for the evening: TONYA STEVENS, WILLIAM DeMOOCH, DINO ROMERO and JARED ARTMAN.

J.P. CALLAHAN interrupt MARK BRAY’s introductory remarks with a rant against both Baltimore and his former charges, THE HOLY ROLLERS. He says that he has dumped the Rollers (er … um … Hey, J.P., the Rollers dumped themselves by agreeing to the stipulation that made them retire after losing to FED UP at the Shane Shamrock Memorial Cup card last summer.) and will no longer manage any American wrestlers, as no domestic grapplers are good enough to be in his employ. He has traveled the world to begin assembling THE FOREIGN EXCHANGE. He proudly introduces his first foreign acquisition, the Russian BORIS DRAGOFF.

Match #1: BORIS DRAGOFF (with J.P. CALLAHAN) pinned DEVION REED. Boris impresses from the very beginning with a series of stomps, kicks, slams, elbow drops and pin attempts. Reed tries to make a comeback and backs Dragoff into a corner; but Boris eludes his charge and pins him after a body slam, scissor kick and neck breaker.

Match #2: NICK SARACHELLI pinned MITCH MILLER rather easily as Mitch cannot mount much of an offense.

We switch to the locker room as JESSIE KAYE starts to scream after finding a strange man in a utility-worker’s orange jacket spraying around her locker area. With an [excrement-consuming] grin, he introduces himself as FREDDIE ORKIN, your friendly neighborhood exterminator. He says that he had received a call to come to the building to “exterminate some rats”. Jessie continues to scream.

Match #3: ALEXANDER JAMES (with CHRIS CLOW, DR. TONY DANIELS and AIDA MARIE pinned C-FED (with G-FED). Alex starts with a hammerlock and chin lock with C-Fed eventually powering out, forcing James to the ropes. The two exchange abdominal stretches. James puts C on the mat with a couple of snap mares; but C punches back. C-Fed then puts on a full nelson and kicks Alex in the back as chants of “Yea, son!” are elicited from the fans. C manages some 2-counts after some back flips. Alex gets his own near-falls after a roll-up and then after a sunset flip. C punches back and seems to have James woozy. A heated argument developing outside the ring between Clow and G-Fed distracts C-Fed and enables Alexander to get the 3-count. All WINNERS’ CIRCLE members then depart the premises, eerily following Doc Daniels in single file.

FOURTH SESSION: MCW RAGE TV EPISODE # 23

A “Don’t hunt what you can’t kill” warning was directed toward potential bounty hunters in the latest episode of MCW Rage TV.

MCW Commissioner: “WISE GUY” JIMMY CICERO. Executive Producer MCW & Rage TV: PETE McDEVITT. Ring announcer: JOHN GERMANE. Ringside coordinator: The immortal GILLBERG. Taping the proceedings: PAUL McCLEMENS. Timekeeper at the bell: KAYLA McDEVITT. MCW Webmaster: AARON SAIA. Referees for the evening: TONYA STEVENS, WILLIAM JACKSON and JARED ARTMAN.

Match #1: THE WINNERS CIRCLE (ALEXANDER JAMES & CHRIS CLOW, with AIDA MARIE DANIELS) pinned PAUL “PALE” WHITE & CHUCK LENNOX. From the start, Alex outclasses Lennox with a headlock takedown and a 2-count. Tags are made, with Chris, with his partner’s help, punches The Pale One before dropkicking him to the mat and getting another 2-count. Tags again, with the match ending when James suplexes Chuck and gets a 3-count.

PETE McDEVITT conducts a post-match interview with AIDA MARIE. She speaks encouragingly about R.K. BLUES, who has now been under Winners Circle “control” for three weeks, following a WC victory over Blues and his father RICKY BLUES. She talks about how she and her brother DOC DANIELS have been carefully cultivating R.K., whose “garden of potential is growing”.

Match #2: NAPALM BOMB (with NUI TOFIGA) quickly pinned MITCH MILLER. During the match, Nui is watching the front door carefully to prevent BRUISER and others from repeating their attempts to cash in the bounties on Bomb and Nui.

After the match, Tofiga, with a “Don’t hunt what you can’t kill” warning, makes two promises to those potential bounty hunters out there in the MCW galaxy (I don’t want to say “MCW Universe” due to possible trademark violations; stranger things have happened.): (1) The bounty will never be cashed in; and (2) Nui will personally put the perpetrator of this bounty offer in a hospital bed.

Match #3: TYLER HILTON pinned “GENTLEMAN” JOE PORRITT. Hilton taunts the visitor from Cleveland, England, and is met with a shoulder block. He quickly recovers and whips the Gentleman into the turnbuckle and stomps him. After taking some time out to taunt the crowd, Tyler returns to his trapped opponent and hits a clothesline and splash. Porritt turns things around when he climbs to the top rope and executes a flying shoulder block, clothesline and body slam. Hilton retaliates with a springboard and covers the Britisher for the pin.

Match #4: RONNIE ZUKKO & BLACK WALLSTREET (DROLIX & MARCUS STREETS, with JESSIKA) pinned DARQUE KARNIVAL (HOKUS & KINDRED & OLIVER GRIMSLY, with CANDIE). Kindred choke slams Drolix, then both wrestlers tag. Streets hits a flying body block on Hokus and gets a 2-count. Hokus counters with a spin kick and gets a 2-count of his own before tagging to Grimsly. Grimsly does his “merry go round” move but is punched by Streets. What follows is our reproductive-act-of-the-cluster-variety of the evening. Grimsly and Zukko find themselves the legal combatant. Oliver maneuvers Ronnie into a pinning combination but Jessika interferes to prevent the pin. Grimsly then turns his attention to Jess, which is the fatal mistake of the evening as Ronnie sneaks up from behind to get the 3-count.

THIRD SESSION: MCW RAGE TV EPISODE # 22

A bounty was placed on a second wrestler, and Candie got some measure of revenge against Jessika in the latest episode of MCW Rage TV.

MCW Commissioner: “WISE GUY” JIMMY CICERO. Executive Producer MCW & Rage TV: PETE McDEVITT. Ring announcer: JOHN GERMANE. Ringside coordinator: The immortal GILLBERG. Taping the proceedings: PAUL McCLEMENS. Timekeeper at the bell: KAYLA McDEVITT. MCW Webmaster: AARON SAIA. Referees for the evening: TONYA STEVENS, WILLIAM JACKSON and JARED ARTMAN.

Match #1: NUI TOFIGA defeated DARRELL HIGHTOWER & JA ROTH in a handicap match. Nui meets an initial double teaming with a double head butt, following this by suplexing Hightower, chopping Roth, and pinning Hightower after a Samoan drop. At one point in the match, Nui managed to leapfrog a charging opponent.

As soon as the match ends, much like what happened two weeks ago, BRUISER and TWO MASKED MEN enter the arena from the front door and pummel Tofiga until NAPALM BOMB, JIMMY CICERO and others chase them away. The nefarious trio manages to leave several new “Wanted” posters in the ring, holding one up to the camera so that everyone can see that a bounty has also been placed on Tofiga, making now a total of two wrestlers (the other being Napalm) who are targets for bounty hunters.

Match #2: MUSTAFA AZIZ DANIELS (with BABU) pinned CHUCK LENNOX. Mustafa, the newcomer from Persia, whips Chuck into the ropes, slams him, steps on him, and then sits on him for a pin. That’s all, folks 

Match #3: FED UP (G-FED & C-FED) pinned NICK RAGEOUS & THE EXECUTIONER. I never cease to be amazed by the hatred the fans show toward Executioner. To crowd chants of “Son Son!” Fed Up double-teams the aforementioned hated opponent who is then pinned by C-Fed.

Match #4: KINDRED (with HOKUS & OLIVER GRIMSLY) defeated RONNIE ZUKKO (with JESSIKA) by disqualification due to outside interference. Ronnie is again wearing that “WWZD? / Smack a B!#ch!” shirt. Periodically during the match, Jessika has to keep her distance from the ogling eyes of manager Grimsly. Kindred starts with a clothesline but is then kicked to the mat by Ronnie. Instead of following up with a pin attempt, Zukko turns to berate Grimsly for his previous hijinks. Ronnie suplexes Kindred but again is distracted by the Grimsly-Jessika dialogue. Kindred slams Zukko and covers for a 2-count. Ronnie throws Kindred off the top rope, then goes out of the ring to punch out Grimsley. While this is going on, BLACK WALLSTREET (DROLIX & MARCUS STREETS) attack Darque Karnival in the ring, causing the referee to ring the bell and, I guess, award the match to Kindred.

After the match, the Grimsly-Zukko and Karnival-Wallstreet brawls continue back to the locker room area. This leaves Jessika alone in the ring, which gives CANDIE the perfect opportunity to exact some retribution on Jess. Candie clearly has the upper hand until Zukko returns to the ring to help his valet du mois.
